Churchlands - ECU This is the ECU campus on Pearson Street, Churchlands. The very last university semester held here was Semester 1, 2008. Soon to be demolished and the land is being carved up for up-market building blocks. The blocks are selling for around $500,000 each. Considering the prime location and the price of land in Perth they sound like a reasonable deal. This is a photo of the library. March 24 2008. |
