South Perth - Mill The old South Perth Mill is a bit hard to photograph from this side because I'm almost standing on the Freeway! Nevertheless, here it is. The original mill was built in 1833 but only lasted a year before it was burnt down in 1834. This version was built in 1835. It was also known as Shenton's Mill and has stood here ever since. 2007 |
